We will remove, haul away and dispose of/recycle all trash, junk, broken down appliances, furniture, abandoned personal belongings, and miscellaneous debris located anywhere throughout the property. Also, if needed, we will pull up and haul away all damaged carpeting (including tack strips and nails).

We will sweep and/or vacuum floors, wash windows, clean appliances, countertops, bathrooms, cabinets and closets. In addition, we will mow the yard/lot and cut back over growth.

If requested, we will install keyed or combination padlocks and/or change locks on doors. Additionally, we will board any broken windows or doors.

If needed, we will remove any old or peeling wall paper as well as paint any interior walls.
